Role Overview
The Launch Content Manager will be responsible for bringing product updates to life through engaging, scalable content. You will manage an asset library hub and ensure that every launch—whether internal or external—is supported by high-quality narratives and visual assets.
- Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
- Salary Range: $115,000 – $135,000 per year
- Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
The role is divided into several core pillars of execution:
1. Launch Execution & Storytelling
You will lead the content development for monthly product updates and feature releases. This includes showcasing seamless experiences across PCs, smartphones, and other devices, highlighting how the AI ecosystem provides real-world orchestration for users.
2. Content & Asset Production
You will own the production of diverse content formats, including:
- Demo videos and VOD/livestream assets.
- Short-form social media content.
- Website updates and storytelling assets.
- Managing creative agencies and production teams to deliver high-quality outputs at scale.
3. Internal Enablement
A significant portion of this role involves ensuring internal alignment. You will manage SharePoint hubs, internal newsletters, and “living” FAQ repositories to ensure sales, product, and support teams are fully briefed on new features and messaging.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
You will serve as the central hub between Product Management, Growth, Storytelling, and Communications teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience creating clear, engaging digital content that drives feature adoption.
- Channel Expertise: Proven track record managing content across web, video, internal comms, and social media.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Portfolio: A portfolio or collection of work samples is required for application.
- Industry Interest: A strong passion for AI technology and the tech industry at large.
