Headed by a prestigious Clinical Chief at Cedars-Sinai, this physician-led practice delivers deeply personalized, high-touch care to a global, VIP patient population.

This position offers a highly competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 a year for full-time employment.

What Makes This Role Unique?

This is not a traditional, shift-based nursing role. Instead, you will act as the central clinical lead and the ultimate “health quarterback” for a small, exclusive panel of patients. You will be responsible for managing long-term care plans, triaging acute issues, and ensuring seamless coordination across primary care, rehabilitation, and longevity/functional medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Quarterback: Act as the primary clinical point of contact for high-profile patients, executing and managing customized care plans alongside the lead physician.
• Team Leadership: Oversee and direct a dedicated team of patient care coordinators who handle the logistics and scheduling.
• Triage & Coordination: Manage acute health issues in real time while coordinating laboratory services, advanced imaging, prescriptions, and specialist referrals.
• Hands-on Clinical Care: Perform essential clinical duties including IV therapy, phlebotomy (blood draws), injections, and monitoring vitals.
• Concierge Experience: Maintain an elite, seamless patient experience, remaining available for shared after-hours coverage (evenings and weekends) as part of the concierge care model.
