Role & Responsibilities
In this role, you will play a key part in the full lifecycle of client websites—from initial design mockups to post-launch maintenance and technical SEO optimization. Working closely with onboarding, analytics, account management, and content teams, your primary responsibilities will include:
- WordPress Development & Maintenance: Building, managing, and maintaining front-end design and back-end functionality using WordPress themes and plugins.
- Technical SEO & Optimization: Enhancing website structure and technical parameters to boost search engine rankings, visibility, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Full Website Lifecycle Management: Managing projects from initial wireframes/mockups through QA testing and official site launches.
- CRM System Integration: Integrating WordPress sites with client CRM systems to improve lead capture, tracking, and workflow efficiency.
- Technical Support: Providing direct technical assistance to clients, ranging from domain redirects to email setups.
- Quality Assurance: Rigorously testing website performance, responsiveness, and functionality across browsers and devices.
Qualification & Experience Requirements

- Agency Experience: Background working in a fast-paced agency setting.
- Coding Skills: Proficiency in HTML & CSS.

Compensation & Work Culture
BluShark Digital offers an expected compensation range of $70,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications (exceptional candidates may be considered for compensation outside this target range).
